An agreement on cooperation with "Yasheng Group", "Yasheng Eco-trade Corporation" and "Cukierman & Co Consulting"

Management Company IPF-AGRO has signed a quadripartite agreement on cooperation with "Yasheng Group", "Yasheng Eco-trade Corporation" and "Cukierman & Co Consulting" for the organization of a joint project to integrate agricultural and financial assets.
Parties had been taken and recorded in the agreement decided to cooperate in a number of agricultural projects on the organization of multiple productions in sver rastenevodstva with total cultivation of 60,000 ha of agricultural land, the organization of cattle breeding and primary processing of meat and for the organization and implementation of trade transactions in the international market for agricultural products.
Past talks were held in the Moscow office of the Management Company IAP-Agro, and within them were also examined other possible areas of cooperation. In order to ensure effective cooperation between the parties was created "Project Committee".
