Become a shareholder

Thank you for your interest in the investment products of IPF Asset Management LLC.
Take the following easy steps to become a shareholder of out funds:
Step 1
Visit our Web site www.ipf-agro.ru. for more details of IPF Asset Management LLC and its funds. Please pay special attention to the Trust Property Management Rules of the fund you have chosen.
Step 2
Determine the amount of money you intend to invest. The minimum amount of investment in our funds is 2.5 million rubles.
Step 3
Contact specialist of back office of IPF Asset Management LLC at +7 495 258 4471.
Step 4
Collect a document package you will need to buy shares.
For individuals:
1. ID document (passport, military ID, foreign passport).
2. ID document copy.
3. Details of the account opened for you.
4. In case the applicant is an agent:
* notarized power of attorney for the agent listing the powers to proceed as necessary for share acquisition, or a notarized copy;
* form containing a notarized specimen signature of the principal (for the first-time applicants). The form may be printed out from www.ipf-agro.ru., obtained from IPF Asset Management LLC office or delivered by a Company employee to the place of your choice. Delivery may be ordered at +7 495 258 4471.
5. Additional documents if:

  • shares are acquired for an underage person;
  • shares are acquired for a person found incapable or partially capable;,
  • you are a qualified investor.

For legal entities:
1. Notarized copy of the Articles of Association and amendments thereto.
2. Notarized copy of the Memorandum of Association (or equivalent) and amendments thereto (in case the Memorandum of Association is prescribed by law for legal entities of the appropriate form).
3. Notarized copy of the State Registration Certificate of Legal Entity.
4. Notarized copy of the Certificate of entering a legal entity registered before July 1, 2002, in the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities (if a legal entity was registered before July 1, 2002).
5. Notarized Certificates of state registration of alterations made to constituent documents.
6. Extract from the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities or a notarized copy (within 3 months).
7. Notarized copy of the Certificate of registration of a legal entity with the tax authority.
8. Notarized Goskomstat (Russian State Statistics Committee) certificate of statistic code assignment.
9. Notarized copies of documents evidencing election (appointment) of persons entitled to act for a legal entity without a power of attorney.
10. Full banking details of a legal entity’s account.
11. In case the applicant is an agent:

  • power of attorney for a representative listing the powers to proceed as necessary for share acquisition;
  • form containing a notarized specimen signature of the authorized person and the legal entity’s seal impression (for the first-time applicants);
  • ID document of a legal entity’s representative.

12. Additional documents if:
functions of the sole executive body of a legal entity have been assigned to another legal entity;

  • shares are acquired after a personal account of the beneficial owner or nominee shareholder is opened;
  • shares are bought by a foreign legal entity;
  • you are a qualified investor.

Step 5
Bring your document package to the company office at: Moscow, Akademika Anokhina Str., 2, bldg.7 (Yugo-Zapadnaya metro station) or meet with an officer of IPF Asset Management LLC at any place of your choice.
IPF Asset Management LLC officer will help you complete the following documents for acquisition of shares:
1. Registered person form.
2. Application for opening a personal account in the shareholder register.
3. Share acquisition application (in case of generation and additional issue of fund shares).
4. Share purchase contract (for acquisition of earlier issued shares).
All documents are made in three copies.
You will receive one copy of the share acquisition application accepted by IPF Asset Management LLC, indicating your personal number and application date.
You will also be given details of the current account for you to transfer funds for share acquisition.
The whole document package will be completed within 30 minutes.
Step 6
You transfer the funds, which you have decided to invest, to the Fund’s current account.
If you wish to pay in cash you may pay through a cash office at any bank and receive a payment document confirming cash transfer to the Fund’s current account. For non-cash payments, transfer the investment amount from your bank account to the Fund’s current account.

Step 7
After your investment amount has been credited to the Fund’s current account, you will receive the following documents either by mail or at the Fund’s special registrar office or at IPF Asset Management LLC office (you are to indicate a method of receiving documents which confirm registration of shares in your share acquisition application):
1. Current account opening notice
2. Shares registration notice
3. Your current account statement.
